These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Epic Scale Media, LLC governing your access to and use of our websites, forms, and related services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Epic Scale Media, LLC is a marketing and lead generation company. We are not a contractor and we do not perform repair, installation, or construction work. We collect requests from users and may share those requests with independent third-party contractors or service providers (collectively, "Providers"). We do not control or supervise Providers and are not responsible for their work.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to submit it.

By submitting a phone number, you consent to receive calls and texts, including by autodialer or prerecorded voice, for service coordination and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content. You grant Epic Scale Media, LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share your submissions as needed to provide and improve the Site and to route requests to Providers.
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not professional or legal advice.
We may attempt to match your request with a Provider based on location, category, availability, and other factors. We do not guarantee a match, availability, response times, prices, permits, workmanship, or outcomes. Any estimates or quotes are provided by the Provider, not by Epic Scale Media, LLC. You are responsible for vetting any Provider, including licenses, insurance, references, and a written scope and price.
Any payments, refunds, warranties, or disputes are solely between you and the Provider. Epic Scale Media, LLC is not a party to your agreements with Providers.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Epic Scale Media, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Epic Scale Media, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PROVIDER SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Scale Media, LLC and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, your interactions with Providers, or your breach of these Terms.

Any dispute or claim between you and Epic Scale Media, LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Epic Scale Media, LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access. Venue for any court proceeding will be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at https://epicscalemedia.com/terms. The updated Terms are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Epic Scale Media, LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
